- •Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult
- •Guests with casts, bandages, or contagious diseases are not permitted

- •Reduced tickets for UAE residents are available on-site
- •Not suitable for pregnant women or guests with neck, back, joint, heart issues, or physical limitations
- •Life jackets are available at towel rental locations and are required for all swimmers under 48"/1.20m
- •Appropriate swimwear is required – thongs, transparent bathing suits, underwear, denims, very loose clothing such as abaya, dishdasha or similar are not permitted in the water. Head scarves are only permitted if properly secured without any loosely flowing material
- •Guests must be at least 1.20m tall to ride the Tower of Neptune and Tower of Poseidon rides

- •Abayas, sarees, long shirts or pants, undergarments, street clothes, cotton clothes, and see-through items may not be worn in the water and on the rides and attractions
