Central Park is 2.5 miles long and 0.5 miles wide, and you can access it from different streets and avenues:

  • On the West — Central Park West
  • On the East — 5th Avenue
  • On the South — 59th Street on the South
  • On the North — 110th Street

One of the easiest ways to get to Central Park is by train. The nearest subway stations are:

  • 57th Street & 7th Avenue for N, R, and Q trains
  • 59th Street and Columbus Circle for 2, 3, A, B, C, D, 1 trains
  • 72nd, 81st, 86th, 96th, 103rd, and 110th Streets for B and C trains
  • Discover the landmark of New York City

You cannot imagine New York without Central Park. It is one of the few constants left in the city. Take a walk through a green oasis tucked away in the heart of Manhattan and learn about the pre-park history and the engineering behind the 843 acres of breathtaking landscapes.

  • Enjoy a day out

Explore the legendary places of Central Park, including the Zoo, which is beloved by tourists and locals. The park also has three woodland landscapes that offer serene surroundings, relaxing views of nature, and a peaceful atmosphere. If you're looking for more active outdoor experiences, Central Park is a perfect place for hiking, biking, and even fishing.

It's no surprise that Central Park is one of the city's most crowded spots. You can catch some quiet time at the park in the morning before 11:00 AM on weekdays.

Central Park is open daily from 6:00 AM to 1:00 AM.

Great tour, much easier than getting audio on site! Definitely remember this starts before you even board the ferry so I’ll be going back to the start to see some of the items. Clear and easy to navigate!

The most memorable part of the experience was sitting in the room that showed pictures and voice recordings of loved ones of the victims. It was hard to watch, but everyone was very respectful of the silence in the room. The floor was beautiful it was glass over the bedrock. That was the part of the experience that really brought this tragedy into full perspective.
