Downtown Aquarium Houston is more than just an aquarium. It's an aquatic experience, theme park, educational attraction, retail store, and restaurant rolled into one.

- •Service animals are welcome in most areas of the Downtown Aquarium at no additional charge (except for the tiger exhibit)
- •The parking lot behind the aquarium is cash only
- •Children 2 and under are free
- •To enter a ride queue line, guests must have a ticket for that particular ride or be wearing an all-day ride wristband (or accompanying a child)
- •Specific restrictions are available at each individual ride. Height check is available at each ride. Guests with disabilities will need to speak with a ride attendant before riding
- •Mobile ticket and photo ID required to receive your wristband at the ticket booth or Will Call window
- •Show your smartphone ticket and valid ID to receive a wristband at the ticket booth or Will Call window.
