Explore Petersen Automotive Museum guided by your own in-app audio tour. With the timed ticket included in the tour, you won't have to stand in lines.
Artfully-designed building of the Petersen on the Wilshire Boulevard houses one of the largest vintage car collections in the world. This tour will take you through the highlights of the permanent collection occupying three floors and including more than 100 classic cars, motorcycles and scooters. Interactive exhibits will captivate visitors of all ages.
The tour starts at the Mullin Family Grand Salon on the first floor where the automobile is interpreted as a subject of fine art. Learn about the engineering behind such Art Deco cars as the 1936 Type 57SC Bugatti Atlantic. The second floor covers the best hot rods of all time. Get behind the wheel of a race car with the Forza Motorsports Experience. Bruce Meyer Family Gallery hosts rare cars, all finished in silver: the 1995 McLaren F1, the 1964 Aston Martin DB5 driven by James Bond, the 967 Ferrari 625/250 Testa Rossa by Scaglietti and more. The Pixar Cars Mechanical Institute will teach children how a car works through a life-size Lightning McQueen. On the third floor, you will learn how the future looked like to enthusiasts in the 1950s - 1960s, and see such "film stars" as Batmobile and Magnum P.I. Ferrari.
