Junior/Middle+ QA Engineer

WeGoTrip is an international online service where guides, museums, and local experts create in-app audio tours for thousands of travelers worldwide. The travelers get tours compiled by professional guides and local experts using the mobile application.

What you'll do
  • participate in the elaboration of tasks and the preparation of requirements;
  • create test plans and write test cases;
  • work with manual and autotests - launching, analysis of crashes, writing;
  • detect defects and put them into the bug-tracking system;
  • control the process of correcting defects;
  • maintain the information infrastructure and documentation of the service;
  • look for and implement best testing practices (and build processes!).
What you'll bring
  • Web application testing experience (over a year);
  • Mobile app testing experience (over a year);
  • UI/UX testing experience;
  • Experience writing test documentation;
  • Experience using Chrome DevTools, Postman;
  • Understanding client-server architecture;
  • English for TEDTalks performances is not required but must be sufficient enough to read and understand technical documentation and related articles;
  • Tendency to set priorities and take responsibility for the results.
Will be a plus if you have
  • Backend testing experience;
  • Knowledge of programming basics (JS/HTML/Python, Kotlin/Swift);
  • Knowledge of the basics of test automation (Cypress/Selenium);
  • ISTQB Certificate "Fundamental Level"
