Parking: There are several paid car parks inside and outside the Estate. Access is free of charge for disabled visitors' vehicles, upon presentation of supporting documents

Show your smartphone ticket at entrance 'A'. During peak times, there could be multiple lines. Check the front of the line for a sign that says the timeslot for entry.

Latecomers won’t be admitted 30 minutes after the timeslot

Tickets aren't exchangeable and re-entry is not allowed to the venues

Some fountains may be closed or shows may stop earlier, please double check exact schedules with an agent upon arrival

If you book the last timeslot of the day (2 hours before closing) it is recommended to arrive earlier and visit the gardens first
