- •Visitors under 16 must be accompanied by an adult (16+)
- •Unaccompanied kids aged 16-17 must show proof of age
- •Children under 5 not permitted. Recommended for ages 8+
- •Free entry for one carer per disabled visitor (with proof of disability)
- •Not suitable for those suffering from claustrophobia
- •The Dungeon tour is run in English to cater to the vast majority of visitors
- •Non-English speakers will still be able to enjoy the sensory nature of the tours but may not experience the attraction in the same way as those proficient in English
