- •During bank holiday weekends, in August and from November to February, the access to the Zooparc is possible through the North entrance, near the Equatorial Dome. For the rest of the year, please enter through the South entrance, by following the sign-posted path.

- •March & October: 09:00 - 19:00
- •A member of staff will scan your smartphone ticket at the entrance.
