About Bronx Zoo

From April 2 to November 2 in 2022, the Bronx Zoo is open from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on weekdays and from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM on weekends and holidays. Opening hours are different from November 6 to March 2023: the zoo is open daily from 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

If you want to avoid the crowds, visit the Bronx Zoo in the morning before 11:00 AM or after 2:00 PM on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
