Best Vic Tours in 2026 – Book Self-Guided Experiences

This self-guided audio walk explores a quieter side of Vic, following a route of leafy streets, historic houses, local gathering places, and small food stops. It will suit first-time visitors who enjoy architecture, neighborhood history, and the feel of everyday Catalan town life beyond the busiest monuments.

Your route begins at Parc de les Set Fonts, where shade, stone, and greenery set a calm tone for the walk. From there, you pass places such as Can Menció - Les Costes and CCVIC El Montseny, then move by restaurants, cultural venues, and historic homes including Can Pallàs, Ca l'Anglada, Casal Núria, Villa Mercedes, and Madiroles. The walk continues through a compact stretch where old façades, balconies, and family-run businesses sit close together, before finishing at the Capella del Roser del Col·legi del Roser.

Along the way, you will notice the contrast between parkland and town streets, the character of old manor-style buildings, and the texture of local life around dining rooms, takeaway counters, and community halls. The most memorable moments are likely to be the cool start beneath the trees of the park, the cluster of historic houses with their solid walls and elegant details, and the final arrival at the chapel, where the route closes on a quieter, reflective note.
