- •Bring a valid photo ID; it must match the name provided at booking
- •No pets allowed, except assistance dogs
- •A timeslot will be provided within time range selected and applies to all tickets chosen: morning (08:30-11:30), afternoon (12:30-15:30) & evening (16:00-19:00)
- •Kids < 3: Request a ticket onsite
- •No pets allowed, except guide and assistance dogs
- •A valid proof or ID is required to exchange reduced tickets at the ticket office
- •Check your PDF ticket to see the selected time-slot for the Nasrid Palaces. It is mandatory to access the palace area at the assigned time.
- •Show your smartphone ticket at the entrance of Alhambra
- •Everybody with a reduced ticket and visitors with children under 3 have to show a proof of identity/certificate at the ticket office
- •You can access every place inside Alhambra just once. However, you can go in and out of the complex all the times you need
