- •If you need any help, you can go to the "Official Museum Guides Desk" which is also located right next to the main gate of the Topkapi Palace
- •Right next to the exit gate of the Basilica Cistern, your official museum guide will be available 10 minutes prior to each starting time to give you your tickets and provide information about the place, its history, and details about the visit
- •Then, you will be escorted to the priority gate to enter, bypassing the ticket lines
