- •Free entry (always with a valid ID) for Mexican citizens under 13, over 60, with a disability, or who are teachers or students

- •All bags, backpacks and umbrellas must be stored in the lockers in the museum lobby
- •Professional photography or film projects requires a special permission from the museum
- •To use a video camera, you must get a permit and pay a fee
- •No need to queue at the ticket office, you can go directly through the turnstiles
- •You will receive a separate email from the supplier with your official ticket the day before your visit. In case you booked for the same day, you will receive your official ticket a few minutes after completing your booking
