Le Mont-Saint-Michel Ticket & In-App Audio Tour: the Legends of the Saints
The audio guide was easy to download on our phones (all 4 of them) and we were able to use our wireless earbuds. The guide kept us moving along from stop to stop at a good pace allowing for pictures along the way. Definitely a plus to go at 10am - earlier the better to avoid the crowds.

Le Mont-Saint-Michel Ticket & In-App Audio Tour: the Legends of the Saints
Very nice stay. Buses can be really full during mid day but early and later on in the day no issues. The walk isn't very far anyway.

Le Mont-Saint-Michel Ticket & In-App Audio Tour: the Legends of the Saints
Very disappointed. The instructions were vague and ambiguous, and involved multiple apps and verifications. The help desk sent messages that were unintelligible. In the end, we got frustrated and just gave up. For the future: make it easy to use. Use plain language, and make clear to the customer the sequence of /hopefully short/ steps. Test it on real people. Don’t assume that because You understand the instructions that they will be clear to the Customer.
