- •Your ticket is only good for the specific time and date printed on the ticket. You may cancel or reschedule the trip (based on availability) by calling at least 24 hours in advance.
- •To have enough time on both islands, choose a ticket not later than 1:00 PM.
- •It is best if you arrive not less than 30 minutes before your scheduled reserve time. The time on the ticket allows entry into the screening facility, not an actual vessel departure.
- •The American Family Immigration History Center, Bob Hope Library, and Temporary Exhibitions area are closed as of now.
- •Masks are required for security-check and for entering the ferry (must be worn at all times).
- •The tour is available only on the WeGoTrip app. This is a different app from the source or app you booked the tour if it's not WeGoTrip site or app
- •To ensure the quality of the download, please remember to do so before your visit
- •Please note that there is no staff at the meeting point or staff on site for this tour. You can start the tour at any time from the meeting point
- •An Android version 7.1+ or an iOS smartphone version 12+ is required for the audio guide. You will need around 100 MB of free space for the download

- •There are lockers available on the island for $2 (12 in x 12 in x 12 in size, quarters only)
- •The time that you choose is to join the queue to enter the Security Screening Facility, not a specific ferry departure. The wait time can be several hours, particularly during peak season, including summer, weekends, and holidays
- •Getting there (Battery Park):
- •Metro: 1 to South Ferry (last stop); 4 or 5 to Bowling Green
- •Bus: M1, M6 or M15 to South Ferry (last stop)
- •Ferries depart approximately every 25 - 30 minutes from the New York departure point
- •Please note that if you take the last boat, you won't have time to visit the two islands
- •Due to changing availability, the timeslot you receive may be one hour later than the one you select
- •Go to the meeting point: Castle Clinton National Monument
- •Show your smartphone voucher at the box office to receive the official ticket
- •Please arrive approximately 30 minutes before the scheduled reservation time
- •Note: Please be aware of unauthorized ticket vendors in Battery Park who may try to redirect guests from using their tickets. Authorized staff are located inside Castle Clinton or assisting at the ferry boarding line.
