Happy 250th birthday America🇺🇸 Yesterday, for the first time I was privileged to be in a group to visit the Richard Nixon Memorial library for their special 250th happy birthday America celebration! It was amazing. They had the historical figures walking around, of course, that was special, but there were so many things to see at the library!! I had a picture taken of me behind the President’s desk in the life-size replica of the oval office! They had a classic car show, and a birthday cake honoring America and they had a flyover, and they had a swearing in of 18 new American citizens; all members of various branches of the arm forces (what a special day it was for them!!) I got to tour Richard Nixon’s boyhood home and see the actual room where he was born (Jimmy Carter was the first US president to be born in an actual hospital) the evening was capped off with music and a fabulous pyrotechnics show!!! I don’t know how it could’ve been better!!

I took my son and he loved it. It was a lot of fun.

Nixon library definitely worth your time! While not a fan of his, the manner in which it was done was very well articulated, surprisingly. Definite must see
