With this guide, you’ll tour the camp area independently, without a tour group. This self-guided audio tour allows you to explore the area at your own pace. Note! Entry to the museum grounds is FREE. You are purchasing a tour, not a ticket. However, we reserve the necessary time slot for you to ensure that you will be able to visit the museum. The audio tour on your phone will take you through various blocks—4, 5, 6, and the infamous Block 11, also known as the “Death Block,” and will lead you to the former gas chamber. You will learn about the camp’s history and its victims. Please note that the audio tour covers only the Auschwitz I camp area; Birkenau is not included in this guide. Please respect the museum’s rules during your visit. Refrain from smoking and littering on the grounds. You may take photos, but please avoid photographing tour guides if you encounter a group. Note!
