Brasilia: Landmarks Audio Tour
Brasilia: Landmarks Audio Tour

Explore Brasília, the modern capital city of Brazil, with this in-app audio tour! Our journey begins at the Three Forces Square, an example of bold architecture without fear of being too modern. The National Congress building is located there, as it stands as a symbol of democratic choice in Brazil. Next, we'll go to the impressive Pantheon of Patrimony and Freedom, a monument dedicated to honoring national heroes and their deeds. The next destination is the Itamaraty Palace – the Palace of Arches – home of the Ministry of External Relations. You'll learn about its construction and admire the water mirror in front of the palace. Then, you'll visit the Cathedral of Brasília, designed by the renowned Oscar Niemeyer – just like almost all the architectural gems of the capital. Another masterpiece of Niemeyer, the Museum of the Republic, awaits you on the way. Also, don't miss the chance to visit one of the largest architectural spaces in Brasília – the National Theatre. Later, you'll visit the TV tower, the Planetarium equipped with high-quality projectors and audio system, and the JK Memorial, where you'll hear about Juscelino Kubitschek, who made Brasília the new capital. To recharge the energy, relax in the Dona Sarah Kubitschek Park, ranking larger in area than Central Park in New York. After the main tour route, you'll be offered a couple of further destinations. As long as you're in Brasília, don't stop exploring!
