This in-app audio tour will show visitors the highlights of the magnificent Louvre! Learn about the museum's rich history and discover its fabulous collection of art and objects, dating from pre-history to 1848. Beyond the Mona Lisa, the museum holds the treasures of humanity — the Hammurabi Stone (the world's first set of laws), Ancient Babylonian & Egyptian Temples, Greek statues, Medieval European art, Renaissance painting & sculpture, and so much more! The tour starts on the lower level in what was once a medieval fortress. Go on to discover breathtaking sculptures of Ancient Greece in the Caryatid Ballroom. Marvel at the world’s most iconic statues: Venus de Milo and Nike, the Winged Victory of Samothrace. See the Royal Jewels in the breathtaking Apollo Gallery, a model for the Hall of Mirrors at Versailles. Of course, the star of the Louvre is the enigmatic Mona Lisa! You'll be transported by the hypnotic power of the portrait, and learn how da Vinci endowed her with the famous “changing” smile. Discover Renaissance masterpieces by Michelangelo, Bernini, and more. Finish the tour in the Middle Eastern Antiquities Hall, where an incredible collection of artifacts reveals the beginnings of the written word. With this tour, you can navigate through the world's largest museum, focusing on the most important pieces of art. Each chapter allows you to discover a wing of the museum, taking you through the masterpieces and explaining their significance.

I enjoyed the Orangerie Museum more because it was not that crowded. But you can never underestimate the Louvre.

I regret I bought a tour without a ticket because I love when I have everything on my phone, this is minimum effort. But the tour is crazy interesting. I can recommend it.
