Enjoy a musical and whimsical day out at Utrecht's Speelklok Museum, and surround yourself with 'live' music performed by a huge collection of self-playing instruments. With more clocks, music boxes, orchestrions, and street organs that you can wave a conductor's baton at, it's a showcase of ingenious engineering and fascinating insight into life before the iPod.

- •Free guided tours are offered every hour at half past the hour, in Dutch and English
- •No animals allowed, except guide dogs
- •Every 1st Wednesday of the month the Restoration Room is open
- •Kids under 4 and Museumkaart holders get in free, but must book a visit date on the museum website
- •Reduced tickets available for students on site
- •You can pick up some free lemonade at the museum café!

- •Train to Utrecht Central Station + a 10-minute walk
- •Bike: Park your bike near the museum in the free covered bicycle parking at Zadelstraat. It is also possible to park your bike at the Central Station, or behind the museum
- •Bus: Line 2 from Central Station to Domplein
- •Car: Parking at Springweg or Hoog Catharijne, or with P + R Utrecht
- •Make sure you have your smartphone ticket ready at the entrance and scan it to get in.
