- •Kids under 18 get in free
- •Assistants of visitors in a wheelchair enter for free
- •Lockers available for €1 or €2 coin deposit
- •You can't enter the museum with a scooter or electric wheelchair. However, you can borrow wheelchairs as well as foldable chairs at the venue
- •Suitcases and travel bags are not allowed inside. Backpacks and umbrellas can be stored at the cloakroom or in a locker at the entrance
- •No pets are allowed inside, with the exception of guide dogs
- •Show your smartphone ticket at the entrance
