Starting with Hauptbahnhof in Bahnhofstrasse, you will take a tour around the highlights of the city: visit St. Anne’s Church, that plays a pivotal role in the history of Bavaria. Learn about the Rathausplatz – a large square bordered mostly by post-war buildings, in the center of which there is one of the most famous fountains – Augustus Fountain; two others are Mercury and Hercules. Explore the Augsburg Town Hall – one of the most prominent examples of Renaissance architecture and a Perlach Tower.
