WeGoTrip is an international online service where guides, museums, and local experts create in-app audio tours for thousands of travelers worldwide. The travelers get tours compiled by professional guides and local experts using the mobile application.

What you'll do
  • Be in touch from 9 am to 9 pm (GMT+3) on your 2-2 shift schedule.
  • Interact with customers by answering their questions via phone calls, emails, and chats.
  • Solve customers' problems, help them book tickets, and use the app in Russian and English.
  • Process bookings: buy tickets to attractions and coordinate visiting time in case of changes.
  • Keep records of tickets and finances. It is not daunting - we'll teach you how.
  • Work with the ticket system in the company's Helpdesk.
What you'll bring
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • English proficiency at the C2 level: competent written and spoken language better than your teacher's.
  • Competency in written and spoken Russian.
  • High responsibility.
  • Perseverance and the ability to follow through with the process.
  • Ability to coordinate yourself and others.
  • You understand the tourist industry, or you like to travel.
