Tickets to the Denver Art Museum

The Denver Art Museum (DAM) is open daily, except Thanksgiving and Christmas Day, from 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM. On Tuesdays, open hours are extended, and you can visit the museum until 09:00 PM. 

Although the museum attracts thousands of visitors, it is never packed due to timed entries and sheer size that helps spread people out. You can explore it at any time of your choice.

• Dive into the world of Native American Art

The Denver Art Museums holds over 70,000 wide-ranging artworks, including an enormous selection of Indigenous Arts of North America. You can see ancient Mississippian ceramics and 19th-century beaded garments, as well as cutting-edge contemporary paintings and photography, showcasing a diverse and rich cultural heritage advanced by a new generation of artists and craftspeople. 

• Take a journey through 6,000 years of Asian Art

The breathtaking Asian Art collection represents the period from the fourth millennium BC to the present across the entire continent. For instance, you can admire various bamboo works from China, Korea, and Japan, such as historical bamboo sculptures and tea ceremony articles. The museum also holds an impressive array of Chinese court textiles and contemporary works by internationally recognized Chinese artists. 

The Denver Art Museum is located in the Civic Center of Denver at 100 West 14th Avenue Parkway. To get there from Denver Union Station, which is the city's central transportation hub, take the free 16th Street MallRide bus to Broadway and walk two blocks south to 14th Avenue.

A regular ticket to the Denver Art Museum costs $15 for Colorado residents and $19 for non-residents. Reduced-price tickets, applied to seniors (65+), students with IDs, active military, and veterans, cost $12 and $16. Admission is free for youth aged 18 and younger and DAM members.
