WeGoTrip is an international online service where guides, museums, and local experts create in-app audio tours for thousands of travelers worldwide. The travelers get tours compiled by professional guides and local experts using the mobile application.

What you'll do
  • Define market development strategy, market development objectives, and resources needed to achieve them;
  • Analyze the market (current and new directions) + create a backlog of tour concepts with a clear prioritization;
  • Attract authors and performers for the tours' release;
  • Convey tours concepts to the authors, negotiate on the terms of their creation, monitor the implementation;
  • Analyze the unsold tours, systemic causes for canceling tours, and negative reviews;
  • Generate ideas/hypotheses for direction growth;
  • Initiate partnerships (articles, podcasts, etc.), and participate in market development events.
What you'll bring
  • Analytical mindset, ability to work with data and find insights in it.
  • You like process transparency and metrics, end-to-end analytics for you is not mere rhetoric but a way of making decisions;
  • Thoroughness, neatness, and perfectionism, just as Monica from the series «Friends» had.
  • Foreign language proficiency at the C2 level: competent written and spoken language better than your teacher's (English and Spanish are the priority).
  • Competency in written and spoken Russian.
  • Experience working as a destination or a project manager.
  • You are a team player: you know how to brainstorm, create productive fun around you, and love to share experiences with colleagues.
  • High responsibility: you know how to estimate the amount and time of work and then fulfill everything in time without unnecessary reminders.
  • Perseverance and the ability to follow through with the process.
  • You understand the tourist industry, or you like to travel.
