Goal
  • Increase organic traffic from 6 thousand to 400 thousand visitors per month in 2 years.
What you'll do
  • Increase the website search engine results ranking to reach the top 3 queries on audio tours and sightseeing tickets in Google and Bing in English;
  • Research and find new growth points;
  • Develop and plan SEO-promotion strategy;
  • Analyze traffic, make forecasts and mathematical models;
  • Collaborate with developers and product teams to implement necessary features and changes;
  • Work with the editorial team to drive SEO in content creation.
What you'll bring
  • Proven 3+ years of SEO experience;
  • Effective management of your own tasks and tasks of a junior specialist;
  • Experience in promoting English-language marketplaces on the global market;
  • Experience reaching the top 3 on competitive queries in Google and Bing;
  • Solid understanding of the principles of search engines, their ranking factors, and algorithms;
  • Sound knowledge of Excel, Google Docs, ability to work with a lot of data;
  • Working knowledge of ROI, CRO, SERM, CTA, MFA, CPA, LTV, CPO, RTB, Programmatic buying, and traffic arbitration;
  • Successful experience working with sites from 10,000 visitors a day, experience in promotion of a significant group of products - 8,000 audio tours;
  • White hat SEO methods for website promotion;
  • Functional grasp of the basics of HTML/CSS.
