Really enjoyed the museum. An outstanding selection of artwork. In particular, I would highly recommend the Mona Lisa painting - although I realize it was completed by one of Leonardo's students rather than Leonardo himself, I must admit I liked this version better than the one in the Louvre (and if art fans want to call me an art peasant for thinking this, I accept that). I stood and looked at the Prado's Mona Lisa for almost two minutes with no one around me, something I never would have been able to do at the Louvre. However, I would advise you to set aside at least three hours for the museum - there was a lot to see and I had to rush through at the end because the museum was closing.

Been to the Louvre and the Uffizi. The Prado makes it a hat-trick. Easy to navigate with an easy-to-use audio guide in the app. You can buy guides but you won't see it and experience it in person at your own pace.

The museum is incredible. One of the most amazing places I've been to. It is huge, be ready for a very intense tour. The audiobook is very good however it is a bit long at times. Beware if you follow it by the minute it will take you hours. However this place is incredible worth a visit
