  • Due to the construction work being carried out at the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, the tour is limited to the following areas: Panoramic view of the stadium, Real Madrid CF Museum, photo-montages with players and Official Store.
  • Due to renovation work on the stadium, wheelchair access or restricted mobility will be temporarily closed.
  • There aren't provided storage facilities for any luggage, purshchairs or buggies on site due to security reasons.
  • Download the E-ticket, which features a QR code, and show it on your mobile at the access control turnstiles of the Tour Bernabéu, located at Stadium Tower C (where the Paseo de la Castellana meets Rafael Salgado street).
