Excellent drive up...well organised hike and really spectacular views of and from the rim. Full marks to the driver for a very tricky ascent!

Easy to book, and nice drivers. Although it was never mentioned that starting from Naples there would be an intermediate change onto a bigger bus in Herculaneum.

We arrived at the location just in time to get the bus. Staff were very friendly. We admired the driver's patience in getting us through the traffic and up to the starting point for the walk to the rim. Bus was acceptably comfortable.
