- Horse-drawn carriage (from mid-May to early October)
- •Dogs are admitted free of charge. Please keep them on a short lead
- •Lockers are available at the East and West ticket offices. Large items of luggage can be stored in a lockable room
- •Children under 6 enter for free and don't need a ticket
- •Free entry with the Swiss Museum Pass and the Museums-PASS-Musées
- •Handcart and horse-drawn carriages are available to rent on-site

- •Throughout the museum grounds, there are tables and benches available for an enjoyable picnic in the open air. The barbecue areas are equipped with firewood and running water. Please note that if there is a "Foehn" wind (coming from the Alps) barbecuing is not allowed throughout the museum grounds
- •Parking is available on-site
- •There are three restaurants on-site
