Italy Pass Tours was at designated meeting place, across & up the street a bit from (but still nearby!) the entrance to Accademia. Very easily loaded the audio guide, and walked into museum at exactly designated ticket time.
Seeing the David and all the other pieces of art was a wonderful experience. Must see!

The staff was very friendly and the bathrooms were clean. The museum has a nice collection that you can visit in approximately 60-90 minutes.
