The Magnolia Hotel is a historic boutique hotel located in downtown Dallas, Texas. Built in 1922, the hotel was once home to the Magnolia Petroleum Company. It was the first skyscraper in Dallas and the country's first high-rise building to have air conditioning. A 29-story building in the Beaux-Arts style also features a neon Pegasus on the roof.
