Shoulders and knees must be covered. Shorts, sandals, tank tops and mini-skirts aren't allowed

Visitors must be at the gate at the time indicated on the ticket to start the security checks

There are 251 steps to a height of around 50 m for organisational purposes, the descent is via the stairs

Wheelchair access to the rooftops is only possible as far as the lower one (limited to the area behind the choir). This service is available daily from 10:00 to 17:00, exclusively via the south elevator (77 x 106 x 130 cm). If the south elevator is out of order, the north one (65 x 111 x 137 cm) will be used instead.

Go to the north entrance if you selected the stairs or lift entrance and scan your smartphone ticket at the turnstile

Pick-up audio guide place and time: Monday to Friday 09:30 to 16:00, Saturday 09:30 to 15:00 and Sunday 13:00 to 15:00 at the Audioguide Desk inside the Cathedral. Return of devices within 6pm to the Groups Ticket Office. Beyond these times, the rental service is always active at the Groups Ticket Office, on the right side of the Cathedral
