I booked this experience for my daughter’s birthday after seeing several posts featuring the robot dog and The Digital Immersion Gallery. Unfortunately, the Digital Immersion Gallery was closed for maintenance during our visit, which was disappointing as it was one of the main reasons I chose this experience for my kid.
Second, we also didn’t get to see the robot dog at any point during our visit, despite it being a big part of what she wanted to experience. I think the experience would have been much more fun and exciting if these had been available during her birthday visit.
She just made the most of the activities that were available and enjoyed herself on her big day. Overall, it was an okay experience, but it didn’t quite live up to our expectations based on what we had seen in the posts before booking.
I should have made proper inquiry first before confirming my booking.

Most of the exhibits and areas were all closed and under construction when we went. It was really unfortunate as I was taking a friend as part of her birthday celebrations. Just wish I had known as I wouldn't have booked the tickets.
