- •Recreational flotation devices are not allowed; coast guard approved flotation devices are allowed
- •Life jackets and inner tubes provided free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis

- •Tickets are valid until the end of the season
- •Parking not included (available for an additional fee onsite)
- •Please note: The park temporarily closes attractions for thunder and lightning within 8-5 miles and reopens all once it's safe to do so. If it's continuous and the park closes for the rest of the day, it is up to the duty manager to issue a rain check ticket to come the next day

- •Height restrictions (minimum 36"-48") apply for some rides
- •No outside food or drink allowed except for a 1 20oz sealed bottle of water, or unless for specific baby, allergy or medical needs
- •One unopened plastic water bottle (20 ounce or less) per person allowed. Ice and water machine (possible to bring your own cup) and water fountains available
- •Soft-sided coolers smaller than 8.5x6x6" are permitted. All other coolers are prohibited
- •No towels provided; bring your own (can also be bought on-site)
- •Locker available to store valuables and personal items. Lockers can be rented at the lockers station with credit or debit cards
- •Re-entry on the same day permitted. Please be sure to go to guest services to return your wristband, have your picture taken, and receive your re-entry card prior to exiting
- •Once your smartphone ticket has been redeemed, there will be no refunds
- •Go straight to the turnstiles to scan your smartphone ticket
- •Bring a photo ID and the credit card used for purchase
- •Please note: This ticket does not allow you to skip the line at the rides and attractions inside the park
