The tickets were sent to me via whatsapp the day before, everything worked smoothly. Still a bummer that a company would batch-buy out tickets for us to pay double the price.

Luckily managed to secure two tickets for the next day! The online guide was great. Obviously you pay a premium price, but that’s what we get for being disorganised! Very grateful to have this option so I could still visit the museum and I was happy to pay the premium for the experience.

Miriam was lovely and incredibly thorough. We were 15 minutes late (because of traffic) and she waited for us. The traffic was horrendous. We were coming from the Cobdessa area. It took 45 minutes to get and 18 minutes to get back. Rush hour is real. We also went to the Castle; fascinating.
