- •Metal or glass objects, helmets & luggage aren't allowed. Bags will be checked at the entrance
- •Wheelchair access to the rooftops is only possible as far as the lower rooftop (limited to the area behind the choir). This service is available daily from 10:00 to 18:00, exclusively via the south elevator (77x106 x130 cm). If the south elevator is out of order, the north one (65x111x137 cm) will be used instead
- •Pick-up audioguide time: Monday to Saturday (10:00-16:00) and Sunday (12:30-16:00)
- •Pick-up audioguide place: pick up the audio guide during the times mentioned before at the Audioguide Desk inside the Cathedral
- •Please return the devices within 18:00 to the Groups Ticket Office
- •Beyond these times, the rental service is always active at the Groups Ticket Office, on the right side of the Cathedral
- •Identity document is required as a security deposit

- •You can enter each attraction only once in 48 hours from your booked timeslot; re-entering is not possible
