- •The time that you choose is to join the queue to enter the Security Screening Facility, not a specific ferry departure. The wait time can be several hours, particularly during peak season, including summer, weekends, and holidays
- •Getting there (Battery Park):
- •Metro: 1 to South Ferry (last stop); 4 or 5 to Bowling Green
- •Bus: M1, M6 or M15 to South Ferry (last stop)
- •Ferries depart approximately every 25 - 30 minutes from the New York departure point
- •Please note that if you take the last boat, you won't have time to visit the two islands
- •Go to the meeting point: Castle Clinton National Monument
- •Show your smartphone voucher upon boarding
- •Please arrive approximately 30 minutes before the scheduled reservation time
- •Note: Please be aware of unauthorized ticket vendors in Battery Park who may try to redirect guests from using their tickets. Authorized staff are located inside Castle Clinton or assisting at the ferry boarding line.
