We had a lovely day. The house is beautiful, so ornate. Lots of interesting things to see. You follow a designated pathway which takes you through leading upstairs & back down. Much better than aimlessly wandering around. The guides are dotted around & very friendly & helpful.
So much to see.

We chose to spend all day here, and so glad we did. We were told it could be done in half a day, and that's true. But it was nice to leisurely stroll the house, garden & grounds, without feeling rushed, or missing something. All the staff we spoke with were extremely helpful and knowledgable. The gift shop had a wonderful array of choices for all ages. Overall a wonderful experience.
