- •Seniors (60 years and older), pregnant women, and people with disabilities can enter the water park for free (pools only - no water slides)
- •Life jackets are provided free of charge on a first-come-first-serve basis. Sizes are available for infants and adults
- •Revealing swimwear isn't permitted
- •Valuables can be stored in lockers for a small fee
- •Outside food and drinks aren't allowed inside the park
- •For Expat and Resident tickets, present a valid document upon entry: Work-permit / Student visa / Retirement visa / Thai driving license / ID card / Thai Passport.
- •Show your smartphone voucher along with your ID Card or Work Permit at the Ticketing Counter
- •Pregnant women and those with heart/neck/back issues should not ride the slides
- •Children taller than 106 cm can enjoy all water slides at the water park, except for the most extreme slides, such as the Aqualoop and Freefall
- •Children between 106 cm and 122 cm are required to wear a life jacket and must be accompanied by a responsible adult while using the slides
