Purchased a viking tour via a uk site which took me onto tiqets , it wasn’t until i had purchased it that I noticed it was in France.I was told by tiqets i couldn’t have a refund or exchange it to the York one I thought i had purchased.It was for a birthday present also so am now out of pocket, will buy via Get my guid or Booking dot com in future as much easier to navigate and helpful staff when you need to get in touch with them
