A first class day out. Facilities were excellent. Spring is just underway and so good to see so many children in the garden. Looking forward to seeing it all in high summer and the Chinese Water garden.

The weather was very cold and windy, and the gardens were mostly bare, but we did see snowdrops, daffodils, dwarf irises outside, and narcissi, crocuses and passion flowers in the greenhouses. We walked across to the Chinese garden and up to the lake. We all love being outside in the fresh air, so we greatly enjoyed our experience. We warmed up with a hot drink in the cafe!
The staff in the garden were very helpful and answered our questions.
