These are Mexican water slides, and they are not pretending to be anything else. If you want spotless, polished, picture-perfect slides, book a trip to Florida. If you want an experience that feels a little gritty, a little rusty underneath, and absolutely unhinged in the best way possible, this is where you go.
Nothing about these slides is gentle. They do not ease you into a slow, predictable ride. They fire you off like a human rocket and leave you wondering which direction gravity is even working. I’m sure the kiddie slides are calm enough, but once you graduate to the bigger ones, all bets are off. If you have teens or young adults, prepare them. These slides hit harder than anything I’ve ever gone on. They will flip your sense of balance, overwhelm your survival instincts, and then punt you into the pool at the bottom like it’s their grand finale.
