Needed to show official tickets on the wegotrip app rather than one's sent from booking.com. Once through we followed the audio guide tour which was a bit annoying as sent you to several places out of order of the floor you were on. Several paintings, artworks were missing. I then took pictures of each QR code as you entered each room which was much better as you could select the painting you were stood in front of. Although sometimes I put the number in of the painting/artwork and nothing happened. Took a photo of the QR code by a lift for the infinity mirrored room. It needed to then say to take the lift and join the queue up on the 3rd floor. I was 3rd in line by this time, but ended up queueing behind about 20 people and then no-one checked my phone ticket anyway!! Most annoying bit was when we were on the 2nd floor having been there for over 2 hours and wanted a drink and a cake, we had to go down to the ground floor and go out of the building to the adjoining cafe. Then once we had finished had to go through the whole ticket barrier/bag search again to finish our visit. Fortunately there was no queue at this point. Overall we were there for just over 4 hours and found the building fascinating and the displays were amazing. Would definitely recommend.
