The architecture of the Cathedral is stunning, the golden retablo ( largest main altarpiece) has the story of the birth of the Virgin, scenes from her life, the Immaculate Conception, the Birth of Jesus, Adoration of the Kings, birth of the Baptist, Passion of Christ…. And so many more. Astounding in narrative detail.
Well worth revising the scenes before you go, play a game with your companions to see who can read the scenes. Advice is to sit and take it in peacefully without rushing.
Lots of golden and silver ware, paintings, sculptures, stained glass windows.

Absolutely beautiful place to visit. The interior is gorgeous and the gardens very pretty too. Excellent value for money. Unmissable if you are visiting Seville.
