Easy to book on line, all members of staff that we met were very nice and most understood English, when my grandson ask a zoo keeper feeding the potbelly pigs a question he went on his phone and translated the question into Spanish and then told my grandson the answer in English. The animals seem well looked after and most of the were very lively. We had a quick bite to eat which was very tasty and not over priced. Even though we visited in winter most things were open sonI would recommend a day out here as it’s a lot cheaper than zoo’s in England.

Great zoo. Water park was excellent. Fun day out for old and young.
